G3 negotiates national contracts for their client products and/or services with healthcare group purchasing organizations, equipment planners, outpatient surgery centers, the federal government, and integrated healthcare delivery networks. G3 develops a sales strategy for each strategic account targeted by our client along with the timeline to achieve results. Sales coverage is designed to maximize selling, control the cost of sales, and enhance access to the customer.

The G3 management team manages all steps and processes from strategic planning, contract negotiations, and implementation of national contracts. G3 in collaboration with their client will develop sales and marketing tools to add value to the sales process. This can include new product rollouts, sales brochures, and trade advertising. G3 will solicit on behalf of the client direct marketing and promotion of products and services through national agreements to their members.
